Dear citizens,
If you would like to send legally binding electronic documents to the Amt Mönchgut-Granitz, please note the following information on legally binding communication via De-Mail.
Please note: You must have your own De-Mail account to send De-Mail!
For the transmission of legally binding electronic documents (objections, notifications, etc.) to the Mönchgut-Granitz Office, only the central De-Mail address is to be used: kontakt(at)amt-moenchgut-granitz.de-mail.de
File formats
When sending legally binding electronic files to the Amt Mönchgut-Granitz, please note that not all file formats and applications are supported. The following file formats can be processed by the Amt Mönchgut-Granitz:
- Word (doc, docx)
- Excel (xls, xlsx)
- Open Office formats
- pdf, pdf/a
- Image files as jpeg, tiff, bmp
Other file formats are only permitted with the express consent of the official administration. If you use file formats that differ from those mentioned above, your De-Mail may not be processed.
Size of the attachments
The total size of attachments per incoming De-Mail is limited to 5 MB.
Acceptance of compressed files
The aforementioned formats cannot be accepted as compressed files (.zip).
Messages that cannot be edited
If your e-mail cannot be processed, you will be informed as soon as possible. The aforementioned information applies exclusively to communication with the Mönchgut-Granitz Office and in connection with its services.
Encryption
We ask for your understanding that we are not yet able to offer an encryption procedure.
Legal basis
According to Section 3a of the Administrative Procedure Act for the State of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern (VwVfG M-V), legally binding electronic communication is possible in administrative procedures, provided that the recipient has opened access for this purpose. According to Section 126a of the German Civil Code (BGB), the same applies in private law.
Electronic access (transmission of electronic documents) to the Mönchgut-Granitz district administration for legally binding electronic communication between citizens, legal entities under private and public law and the district administration within the meaning of § 3a VwVfG M-V is now open.

For informal electronic communication (general enquiries and information), including electronic signatures in accordance with the Digital Signature Act, please use the central e-mail address of the Mönchgut-Granitz district administration: info(at)amt-mg.de
