Registry office

Dear bridal couple,

Congratulations on your decision to get married in our registry office or in one of our branch offices.

Please only make appointments for the marriage ceremony and all other details regarding the organisation of your wedding with our registrars. Only then are they binding!

Appointment allocation

Dates for the following year are always allocated from September of the current year.

Registry office fees

The registry office fees are charged after the wedding ceremony. You will receive the invoice with your original documents following the wedding ceremony.

If you get married in one of our branch offices, a fee will be charged for the use of the branch office in addition to the registry office fees. A separate contract will be concluded with you and the respective branch office.

Please note: The registry office in whose district one of the spouses has their registered main or secondary residence is responsible for registering the marriage.

Our registry office

The wedding room in the office building with a view of Lake Sellin and the Granitz hunting lodge should be your first choice for a wedding ceremony in the Mönchgut district.

The wedding room was newly renovated in 2024 and offers space for the bridal couple and a maximum of 20 guests.

Bright and modern, it offers the perfect setting for your wedding ceremony.
